ABOUT THE VENUE
This Estate Lake situated in Everton offers members the opportunity of catching Wild Carp on
lighter tackle. These pretty fish averaging 5 to 7 pound give an excellent account of themselves
and are the traditional long and lean looking fish.
With mirrors and commons present as well as a few ghost carp there have been a couple of fish
nudging the mid 20lb mark.
Set in pretty woodland and covered in beautiful lilly pad beds the dam end of the lake reaches
depths of 14 feet in places shallowing up towards the narrower top end where the depth rises to
around 3 or 4 feet. Fishing from the sides the bottom slopes off to a shelf where it then drops
in to a deeper channel that runs towards the narrower end of the lake decreasing in depth as it
goes.
Favorite swims are around the reed bed and lilly pads.
This water is for day fishing only and there are toilet facilities on site.
There is no night fishing allowed on this fishery.
A club key is required to gain access to this fishery
Please check leaving times in book as there are periods of the year when the Estate owners have
shooting around the lake and earlier leaving times come in to force.

Coarse: 16th June to 14th March
Fishing Times (This means Entry & Exit Times)
14th August to 31st January - one hour before sunrise to half hour BEFORE sunset.
Other times - one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset.

From New Milton turn left into Everton Village then immediatly right into
Old Christchurch Road and then left into Wainsford Road.
