ABOUT THE VENUE
For the coarse fisherman this fishery offers the angler the chance of catching
a ‘Lady of the Stream’ (Grayling) in quiet country surroundings. Close to the
river’s edge runs a high barbed wire fence which makes access to swims difficult.
Some of the swims on the carrier stream can be a little overgrown but this all adds
to the intimate character of the fishery. Brown Trout are present in almost every swim
but the Grayling can be a little harder to find but well worth the effort.
